Lydia E. Hsu
Ms. Lydia E. Hsu graduated from University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Music History and Literature and a minor in Law and Society. After graduating from UCSD, Ms. Hsu worked for a prominent San Diego Certified Family Law Specialist, where she discovered her passion for Family Law.
A Bay Area native, Ms. Hsu returned for law school in 2011. She received her Juris Doctorate from University of San Francisco School of Law in 2014. During law school, Ms. Hsu was a judicial intern for the supervising family law judge at the Santa Clara Superior Court. In addition, Ms. Hsu interned at two family law nonprofit organizations where she developed her expertise with cases involving domestic violence and child custody and visitation. She also gained valuable experience as a Mediator for the Small Claims Court at the San Francisco Superior Court. Ms. Hsu joined Hoover Krepelka, LLP as a law clerk in 2013 and became an associate upon passing the California State Bar Exam.
In August 2017, Ms. Hsu was promoted to senior associate attorney.
Ms. Hsu is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
In her free time, Ms. Hsu enjoys taking her dogs on hikes, spending time with her family, playing piano and cheering on her favorite sports teams, the San Francisco Giants and the 49ers.
