Diana Han grew up in Los Angeles County and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Law and Society from the University of California, Riverside. While completing her degree, she was an active member of the California Lambda chapter of Pi Beta Phi. She also had a legal internship with the District Attorney’s Office in San Bernardino.
Ms. Han eventually moved to the Bay Area to pursue a law degree at Santa Clara University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2021. While in law school she served as Vice President/President of the Family Law Society, Communications Chair/Co-Internal Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and Co-Internal Vice President of the Vietnamese American Law Students. Ms. Han also participated in the Galloway Criminal Moot Court competition as a quarterfinalist and served on the board the following year. She was also an Honors Moot Court Internal competitor.
Ms. Han worked at the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center as a Certified Law Intern where she provided Pro Bono advice and representation specifically in consumer rights. While there she was awarded the Best Negotiated Settlement for Plaintiff award in a mock negotiation. She also interned at the Family Justice Center of the Santa Clara Superior Court where she did a rotational summer program interning with the Honorable Judge Joshua Weinstein, Judge Roberta S. Hayashi, Judge Joseph Huber, and Judge Lori E. Pegg. Ms. Han continued to focus on her passion for Family Law and took relevant courses such as Family Law, a Domestic Violence Seminar, Mediation, Negotiations, and earned the CALI Award for Community Property.
Ms. Han joined Hoover Krepelka, LLP as a Law Clerk in August 2019 where she worked throughout her remainder of law school. Following her completion of the July 2021 California bar exam, she returned as a Post-Bar Law Clerk. After successfully passing the California state bar examination in November 2021, Ms. Han was promoted to Associate Attorney at Hoover Krepelka, LLP.
In her free time, Ms. Han enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog Solomon. She loves to explore and travel and has been to at least ten countries. Ms. Han also likes to try new things, especially extreme sports and has gone Sky Diving, Bungee Jumping, and went on the Highest Swing in the World while in New Zealand.
