Gil Ellis Torres is an associate attorney at Hoover Krepelka, LLP, where he is dedicated to guiding clients through complex family law matters with professionalism, diligence, and a client-centered approach.

Gil recently earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and successfully passed the California Bar Examination. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, he served as a law clerk, where he gained hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, case strategy, and trial preparation.

Before pursuing law, Gil earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from University of the Philippines Diliman. During his undergraduate years, he demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership and service through his involvement in the Practice of Administrative Leadership and Service, the UP Association of Business Administration Majors, the UP Career Assistance Program, and the UP Circle of Administrators.

His professional background also includes public policy and advocacy work through an internship with the Senate of the Philippines, as well as experience in business strategy and operations. He brings a global perspective, business acumen, and a strong commitment to advocacy to his legal practice.
