Ms. Huang’s practice focuses primarily on family law. She handles all aspects of high-asset dissolutions, including property characterization, child custody and support, and spousal support. She also drafts and negotiates cohabitation agreements and pre and post-nuptial agreements.

Ms. Huang has diverse experience to draw from, beginning in 2014 when she started her career serving in multiple capacities in the San Francisco Superior Court. Before and during law school, she was an extern in the ACCESS (self-help) Center and a judicial extern in the Unified Family Court. In 2018, she returned as a Legal Research Assistant for the court after receiving her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University, School of Law. Prior to joining Hoover Krepelka, LLP in November 2023, Ms. Huang worked alongside highly reputable private practitioners to settle ultra-high net worth cases involving private equity funds, hedge funds, angel investments, and privately held businesses.
Ms. Huang believes that conflict resolution and collaborative work results in the most favorable outcomes in difficult situations. She understands her clients are experiencing one of the most stressful times of their lives. To that end, she works individually with each client to identify their top priorities and goals to find a mutually beneficial resolution to their case.
In her free time, Ms. Huang enjoys spending time with her family and senior Pomeranian/Maltese, Squirt. She also loves traveling and collecting uncommon houseplants.
