Ms. Huang practices family law exclusively. She handles all aspects of high-asset dissolutions, including complex property characterization and division, child custody and support, and spousal support. She also drafts and negotiates cohabitation, premarital, and postmarital agreements.

Ms. Huang brings a broad range of experience to her practice. She began her legal career in 2014, serving in several capacities with the San Francisco Superior Court. Before and during law school, she worked as an extern in the San Francisco Superior Court’s self-help center and as a judicial extern in the Unified Family Court. After earning her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law, she returned to the court in 2018 as a Legal Research Assistant.
Before joining Hoover Krepelka, LLP, Ms. Huang worked alongside highly regarded private practitioners to resolve ultra-high-net-worth family law matters involving venture capital interest, private equity funds, hedge funds, and angel investments.
Ms. Huang believes that constructive conflict resolution and collaboration often produce the most favorable outcomes in difficult circumstances. She understands that her clients are navigating one of the most stressful periods of their lives. Accordingly, she works closely with each client to identify their priorities and goals and to pursue a practical, mutually beneficial resolution whenever possible.
Outside of her practice, Ms. Huang enjoys spending time with her family.
