Child Visitation

Child Visitation Attorneys
San Jose Family Law

Visitation allows a parent, grandparent, or other person to have an on-going relationship with a child. When one parent is awarded primary physical custody, the other parent is most often given visitation rights. If you do not receive primary custody, under California state law you can still have frequent and continuing contact with your child consistent with the child’s best interests.

Visitation can become complex when one parent lives in another state or another country. Our attorneys have experience in dealing with complicated issues involving custody and visitation when a child is no longer in another state or country.

Hoover ♦ Krepelka, LLP works very hard at developing fair and workable custody and visitation arrangements. Whether you need legal help establishing modification or enforcement of visitation arrangements, we can help. Please contact us for a free one hour consultation and meet with one of our attorneys as to you child visitation needs.
