Kenneth joins us after more than 23 years as a Supervising Attorney at Pro Bono Project Silicon Valley, where he dedicated his work to providing high-quality legal representation to clients with limited access to legal resources in matters such as child support, determination of parentage, child custody and visitation, probate court guardianships, domestic violence, and other family law matters. His leadership and commitment to expanding access to justice have left a lasting impact in our region.
From December 2001, Kenneth managed the Paternity/Child Support program, and beginning in 2017, he also served as Supervising Attorney for the Reentry Program, guiding other attorneys in the office. Throughout his tenure, he managed and supervised volunteer attorneys and staff while continuing to provide direct representation. His leadership and dedication to underserved communities reflect his lifelong commitment to access to justice.
Kenneth is licensed to practice law in both California and New York. He brings a broad range of legal expertise to our firm, built on an extraordinary academic foundation: a Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law (with an International Law certificate), a Master of Studies in Slavonic Studies from the University of Oxford (Wadham College), and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian, German, and Fine Arts from the University of Denver, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He also completed advanced studies in Russian language and culture at Leningrad (St. Petersburg) State University and Leningrad (St. Petersburg) State Technological University.
Outside of his legal work, Kenneth is passionate about classical music, art, reading, old films, and foreign languages. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and exploring California with his wife, as well as creating art. Kenneth is fluent in Russian and proficient in German.
